The Photonics and Terahertz research group is part of the lab Unité Mixte Internationale 2958 Georgia Tech-CNRS, whose founding members are the CNRS and the Georgia Institute of Technology. The lab is located at Georgia Tech Lorraine, Metz, France, which is the European campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
The Georgia Tech-CNRS lab has a "mirror lab" on the Atlanta campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where CNRS visiting scholars from the UMI will have access to Georgia Tech’s world-class resources. The Georgia Tech-CNRS lab also hosts the PSA Peugeot Citroen OpenLab "Materials and Processes".
The Georgia Tech-CNRS lab and Georgia Tech Lorraine are also closely associated to the Institut Lafayette, which provides state-of-the-art nanofabrication facilities for optoelectronics and advanced materials research.
Finally, the Georgia Tech-CNRS lab is a member of the Institut Carnot ARTS.
